The candidate will be responsible for the physical implementation of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits, ensuring compliance with technology design rules, matching requirements, and manufacturability constraints.

- Develop and implement custom analog, mixed-signal, and RF layouts for advanced semiconductor technologies. N
- Perform layout of critical analog blocks such as: N
- Operational Amplifiers (Op-Amps) N
- Bandgap Referencesn
- LDO Regulators N
- PLLsn
- ADCs/DACs N
- Charge Pumpsn
- Data Converters N
- Ensure proper device matching, symmetry, shielding,



and parasitic optimization. N
- Conduct floorplanning and placement of analog blocks. N
- Perform layout verification activities: N
- DRC (Design Rule Check) N
- LVS (Layout Versus Schematic) N
- ERC (Electrical Rule Check) N
- Antenna Checksn
- Density Checks N
- Extract parasitics and support post-layout simulation and signoff activities. N
- Collaborate closely with circuit designers, verification engineers, and foundry teams. N
- Debug and resolve layout-related issues to meet performance, area, and schedule targets. N
- Follow foundry design guidelines and process-specific requirements. N
