Key Responsibilities

- Digital Strategy Development: Build and execute digital media strategies aligned with business goals.

- Media Monitoring & Insights: Track brand mentions, sentiment, and competitor activity using advanced tools (Meltwater, Brandwatch, Talkwalker).

- Social Media Leadership: Manage presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, driving measurable ROI.
/n
- Content & Campaign Management: Oversee creation of impactful content and digital campaigns.

- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and senior management.
/n
- Team Leadership: Mentor analysts and digital executives, fostering a high‐performance culture.

- Crisis Communication: Manage digital narratives during sensitive events to protect brand reputation.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or Business Administration.
/n
- Preferred: Master's in Digital Marketing / MBA in Marketing or Strategy.
/n
- Certifications: Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Meltwater, Brandwatch, HubSpot, or equivalent.
