- Expertise in Windows Server administrationn
- Expertise on VSphere, VMware ESXi 6.0 and latern
- Good Communication and awareness of ITIL best practicesn
- Manage and review VMware ESXi hosts and VMs in the settingn
- Troubleshoot issues in the ESXI hosts and perform hardware troubleshooting if requiredn
- Engage Vendor and coordination across other teams during investigation of issuesn
- Plan and Perform upgrade of firmware in VMware and hardware end like Cisco, HPE if requiredn
- Manage and review Windows servers in the environmentn
- Perform frequent health checks on the server and troubleshoot any issuesn
- Analyze System Logs (OS logs) and determine potential issuesn
- Ability to predict any future failures to avoid potential outagesn
- Basic knowledge on PowerCLI, PowerShell scripting to execute commands while troubleshooting issuesn
- Expertise in working on automation and service improvements which will save manual efforts and lead to client benefits.n

nMinimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
