nAbout the Role
nWe are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers to drive large-scale acquisition and activation of Authorized Persons (APs). This role will be responsible for defining and executing regional sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives. You will play a critical leadership role in scaling Jainam's distribution network and ensuring consistent achievement of regional targets.

- Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned with organizational goalsn
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for AP acquisition and activationn
- Monitor performance metrics and drive corrective action plansn
- Drive large-scale acquisition of new Authorized Persons across the regionn
nQualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in sales within BFSI/Capital Marketsn
- Minimum 3+ years in team handling rolen
- Strong understanding of broking channel sales and AP modeln
- Proven leadership and target achievement recordn
