Role Overview
Are you passionate about people, community, and creating a vibrant coworking culture? We’re looking for a agile and innovative Community Manager to oversee and grow our coworking space in Kolkata. You will be the driving force behind our community’s success—fostering connections, delivering exceptional experiences, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relations & Front Office Duties
- Greet and support walk-in visitors and members, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Answer general inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and guide guests or leads to the appropriate point of contact.




- Maintain a visible and responsive front-desk presence during business hours.

2. Onboarding New Members
- Prepare workstations for new members, including desk tags, signage, and welcome kits.
- Conduct move-in audits to ensure readiness and functionality.
- Assist in onboarding walkthroughs and introduction to space amenities, community policies, and tech access.
- Help gather KYC documents and follow up on membership agreements and onboarding formalities.

3. Sales Support & Lead Handling
- Assist in workspace tours by prepping the space and supporting the Community Manager during client visits.
- Handle incoming leads via phone or walk-ins; log relevant details into the CRM.
- Follow up with warm or cold leads as directed by the Sales Team.
- Help keep online listings and discovery platforms up to date with accurate availability and offerings.
