nMinimum 5 years of relevant qualified experience in interior design, preferably with strong experience in residential and/or commercial turnkey interior projects.
nIdeal Candidate
nWe are looking for a highly skilled and independent Senior Interior Designer who can take complete ownership of client projects from initial consultation to final handover.
nKey Technical Skills — Mandatory
nThe candidate must have excellent hands-on expertise in:

- SketchUp — Advanced 3D modelling and interior visualization/model development.n
- D5 Render — High-quality photorealistic rendering, lighting, materials, camera composition, and presentation.n
- AutoCAD — Preparing accurate and detailed 2D technical drawings, working drawings, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, electrical drawings, ceiling plans, and other construction documentation.n

nNote: Its an added advantage if the designer has their own laptop to work on.
nKey Responsibilities of the Senior Interior Designer will be:

- Independently handling interior design projects from concept to completion.n
- Meeting clients and understanding their lifestyle, functional requirements, aesthetic preferences, and budget.n
- Developing design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, space planning, and design presentations.n
- Creating detailed 3D models in SketchUp.n
- Producing high-quality renders and design presentations using D5 Render.n
- Preparing accurate and detailed 2D drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD.n
- Developing furniture layouts, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and other necessary technical drawings.n
- Presenting design concepts and revisions directly to clients.n
- Incorporating client feedback while maintaining design integrity and project feasibility.n
- Coordinating with vendors, contractors, site supervisors, carpenters, fabricators, and other execution teams.n
