Position: Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant

Job Description:
4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, primarily in the Customer Service module.
Solid experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, functional design, and end-to-end CRM implementation.
Hands-on experience with case management, queues, routing rules, SLA, entitlements, knowledge management, and Business Process Flows.
Experience configuring forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and CRM workflows.
Positive understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, JavaScript, and plugin-based customizations.
Experience in functional/integration testing, UAT planning, stakeholder communication, and user training.
Ability to prepare FDDs, user stories, test scenarios, and functional documentation.
Experience supporting production deployments, release management, and post-go-live activities.
Robust understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and excellent client-facing communication skills.
Banking/Financial Services domain experience will be an added advantage.
