? About the RolenWe are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / AGM – CRM to take complete ownership of the post-sales customer journey.
nYou will be the key point of accountability for every buyer's experience after booking — ensuring documentation, collections, customer communication,



coordination and handover are managed smoothly and professionally.
nThis is a high-touch role involving premium, HNI, NRI and second-home buyers, where service quality, ownership and attention to detail are critical.
? Key Responsibilitiesn• Manage the complete post-sales customer lifecycle — from welcome and documentation to payment milestones and possession/handover.
n• Own and monitor construction-linked payment collections, including demand generation, follow-ups, outstanding dues and collection efficiency.
n• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and resolve queries related to agreements, payment schedules, timelines and statutory formalities.
n• Coordinate closely with Sales, Legal, Accounts and Project/Site teams to ensure every customer file is accurate and up to date.
n• Manage customer documentation including allotment letters, Agreements to Sell, Sale Deeds, registration and applicable Section 118
