We are looking for a hands-on Non-IT Recruitment Team Leader to lead a team of recruiters and drive hiring closures.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and mentor a team of Non-IT recruiters
• Manage team targets, productivity and closures
• Handle end-to-end recruitment across Non-IT roles
• Drive sourcing, screening, interviews and offer closures
• Manage client requirements and ensure TAT/SLA adherence
• Track team performance and recruitment MIS
• Personally handle critical mandates when required

What We’re Looking For
• 4–6 years of Non-IT recruitment experience
• 1–2 years of team-handling experience
• Solid experience in consultancy / staffing / RPO recruitment
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets
• Strong sourcing, client management and communication skills
• A hands-on leader who can build a team and deliver closures
