Role Description The Academic Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing and supporting the academic aspects of Miracle Minds’ child development programs. This role involves planning and coordinating educational activities,



aligning academic support with therapy goals, and maintaining structured schedules and documentation for each child. The Academic Coordinator collaborates with therapists, teachers, and parents to design and adjust individualized academic plans, monitor progress, and ensure that learning strategies complement each child’s developmental needs. Day-to-day tasks include curriculum alignment, organizing academic resources, conducting academic advising sessions, and facilitating communication between the educational and therapeutic teams. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of academic frameworks within the center.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education with experience in school or child development settings; relevant degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field preferred.
