US IT Recruiter – US State Government IT Staffing Experience (India-Based | Night Shift)

? Job Overview:
We’re hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting for various State Government IT Staff Augmentation Contracts. This role is India-based, requires night shift availability, and demands a sharp eye for matching talent with public sector IT roles across the various States.

? Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and submit candidates for various state government IT roles.
- Understand public sector JD compliance, rate cards, and state formats.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fulfill DIR requirements.
- Ensure documentation and submission compliance as per the processes defined by each of these State Contracts..

✅ Requirements:




- 3–6 years of US IT recruitment experience.
- 1–2+ years of experience with State Government Programs is mandatory.
- Proficiency in job boards and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.).
- Comfortable working US night shift (CST).

? Preferred:
- Experience working with vendors or prime suppliers on Texas DIR contracts.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and submission formats for state-level IT roles.
