Role: Zonal Manager – Brand Sales (Ad Sales)

Role Type: Full Time Role Summary As a Zonal Manager – Brand Sales at MyGate, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the assigned zone by leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team. You will play a strategic role in expanding brand partnerships, strengthening agency relationships, and delivering cutting-edge advertising solutions to clients. The role requires ownership of zonal revenue targets, business expansion, stakeholder management, and seamless execution of campaigns across multiple cities.

Responsibilities :
● Drive zonal revenue targets through strategic sales planning and execution.
● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Brand Sales Managers and sales executives across the assigned region.
● Identify and onboard potential brands, advertisers, and agencies for advertising partnerships.
● Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers across brands and media agencies.
● Create and deliver impactful sales pitches and advertising solutions tailored to client requirements.




● Collaborate with internal creative, marketing, and operations teams for successful campaign execution.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising opportunities within the zone.
● Forecast revenue, track sales performance, and present business reports to senior leadership.
● Ensure achievement of quarterly and annual business objectives for the region.
● Drive client retention and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling advertising solutions.
● Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal stakeholders for timely campaign delivery.
● Maintain brand consistency and deliver exceptional partner experience across all engagements. ● Build and scale a strong pipeline of advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners.

Requirements:
● 5-6 years of experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, Digital Advertising, or Brand Partnerships.
