- Prior experience working directly at Databricks OR with a recognized Databricks partner organization.
- Hands-on understanding of the Databricks partner portal.
- Practical experience with deal registration and co-sell processes.
- Understanding of the Databricks Brickbuilder partner program and partner-tier requirements.
- Experience managing an alliance/partner relationship with a technology vendor.
- 5–8 years of experience in partner management, alliance management or ecosystem management.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work across sales, delivery, recruitment, marketing and technology teams.
- Robust operational and reporting skills.
Ability to manage an ecosystem program independently rather than simply supporting sales
