: Identity Support Engineer will propose a strong back group in enterprise rooting technologies and basis log analysis skills using Splunk. The candidate handle escalated operational issue, assist in routing configuration changes, and support EntraID, AD, Defense infrastructure under the guidance of L3 Teams. This role is ideal for professionals who are experienced in day-to-day identity troubleshooting

Expertise in minimum one within ACTIVE DIRECTORY, ENTRA-ID, POWERSHELL, Infrastructure as Code, Azure Devops,
Robust mindset and understanding of identity security framework MS Tiering model & Enterprise Access model expertise
AD and EntraID security posture tool : MS Assessment, Semperis tools, MS identity Secure Score, PingCastle, Bloodhound




Proven track record overseeing Identity solutions (minimum 2 technologies expertise) : EntraID & hybrid env. with MS Active Directory
Experience multi-site or international is highly desirable.
Experience in complex workplace
Troubleshooting , root cause analysis Solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Analytical thinking and problem solving mindset
Ability to work in a high pressure environment with 24x7 operations
Strong documents and presentation skills
Process driven approach with attention to compliance and governance
