Regional TISAX Coordinator

Purpose of the Role

The Regional TISAX Coordinator is responsible for coordinating TISAX (re-)certification activities across the region and for supporting sites in preparing for successful audits. The role ensures alignment with corporate Information Security Management System (ISMS) governance as key precondition to ensure TISAX compliance, monitors progress and provides transparency to regional and global management.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage TISAX audits and (re-)certifications across all regional sites.
Support and advise sites during preparation for TISAX audits, including interpretation of requirements.
Review audit evidence provided by sites and confirm audit readiness prior to external audits.
Support the definition, tracking, and closure of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) as well as tracking and supporting the mandatory annual self-assessments.
Actively participate in and contribute to the TISAX Global Core Team.
Manage recurring audit findings in cooperation with the TISAX Global Core Team.
Provide regular status, risk, and progress reports to the Regional Management Board and the TISAX Global Core Team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Robust analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
Experience in project or program management.
Solid understanding of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS); TISAX/ISO 27001 knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to review and assess structured evidence and documentation.
Robust communication skills across technical and management levels.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional regional languages are a plus.

Scope & Authority

The Regional TISAX Coordinator has regional coordination and steering responsibility but no direct operational ownership of plant systems. The role operates under global TISAX governance and is accountable for transparency, coordination, and timely execution of TISAX-related activities within the region. It reports directly to the regional operational management and in dotted line to CSSI.
