Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive current business opportunities in the US Market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, appointment setting.

Mandatory Requirement: Proven experience in selling IT Services, Accounting Services, or BPO Services to US-based clients is a must. Candidates without relevant US-client sales experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities




- Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, online research, and other outbound channels.
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospects in the US market.
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to generate leads and business opportunities.
- Identify decision-makers and build a strong prospect pipeline.
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements, budget, and potential fit.
- Schedule and manage meetings/demos with qualified prospects for the sales team.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT, Accounting, or BPO solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
- Update CRM/database with lead details, call outcomes, follow-ups, and opportunity status.
