About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our B2B staffing and recruitment business. The role will focus on identifying potential corporate clients, generating qualified business leads, connecting with key decision-makers, and building a solid sales pipeline for recruitment and staffing services.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, databases, and market research.
- Identify and target potential corporate clients across relevant industries and markets.
- Research companies, identify hiring requirements, and map key decision-makers such as HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, HR Managers, and Business Heads.
- Conduct outbound calls and email/LinkedIn campaigns to introduce recruitment and staffing services.
- Qualify prospects based on hiring needs, workforce requirements, company size, and potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain an accurate prospect and sales pipeline.




- Schedule qualified meetings and business discussions for the sales/business development team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture potential leads.
- Track lead-generation activities, conversations, meetings, and conversion status using CRM or internal databases.
- Conduct market research to identify new industries, companies, projects, and potential staffing opportunities.
- Work closely with the recruitment and business development teams to understand client requirements and improve lead quality.
- Meet defined daily/weekly/monthly lead-generation and meeting targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with prospects and ensure timely communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, tele-sales, inside sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR services, consulting, or related B2B services is preferred.
