Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Purchase Executive Spare Parts to manage procurement of spare parts and ensure timely availability of materials at competitive prices while maintaining required quality standards.

The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, quotation management, price negotiation, Purchase Orders, delivery follow-up and procurement

Role & responsibilities
Source and purchase spare parts as per company requirements.
Identify suitable suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules with vendors.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up for timely deliveries.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of required materials.
Verify material specifications, quantities and quality as per requirements.
Maintain purchase records, vendor details and procurement documentation.
Coordinate with Stores, Maintenance and other departments for spare parts requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to avoid shortages or excess stock.




Identify alternative suppliers and prospects for cost savings and improved procurement efficiency.
Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of purchase activities.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of spare parts procurement and vendor management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of Purchase Orders, quotations and procurement documentation.
Good understanding of supplier coordination and delivery follow-up.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Strong follow-up, coordination and analytical skills.
Good knowledge of spare parts procurement and vendor management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of Purchase Orders, quotations and procurement documentation.
Good understanding of supplier coordination and delivery follow-up.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in spare parts procurement, vendor development, price negotiation, Purchase Orders and inventory coordination will be preferred.
