Key Responsibilities
Handle calls, WhatsApp, and emails to counsel students and convert leads into admissions.
Understand students education, career goals, and budget to suggest suitable courses.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Update and manage student details, follow-ups, and communication in CRM tools like NPF and LSQ.
Follow up with leads regularly to improve conversions.
Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
Stay updated on education trends and competitor offerings.

Key Requirements
Bachelors degree; Masters preferred.
1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, EdTech, or education.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing, objection-handling, and closing skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a quick-paced workplace.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Skills
Good command of Hindi and English; regional languages are a plus.
Knowledge of online higher education.
Passion for education and student success.
