Position: HR Recruiter

Job Type: Full time/Part time | Work From Home.

Salary: Upto 8k-10k

Language: Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telegu(mandatory)

Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities:

>Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process.

>Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.

>Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to job requirements.

>Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.

>Explain job profiles, salary, location, and company details to candidates.

>Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.

>Regularly follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, documentation, and joining.

>Achieve daily and monthly recruitment/joining targets.





>Maintain candidate records and daily recruitment reports in Excel/Google Sheets.

>Support candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Candidate Requirements:

>Positive communication and convincing skills.

>Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

>Comfortable with calling and speaking with candidates.

>Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Goods commands of >These languages: Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telegu(mandatory)

>Must have a laptop/desktop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection for Work From Home.

>Self-motivated and able to work independently.

>Previous recruitment experience will be an advantage
