Role & responsibilities

Logging of sales orders in Softcell's in house order processing application.

Creation of daily inward material received/delivery reports. Understanding the GST & TDS applicability on transactions Coordinating with internal teams from time to time in the sales, purchase and commercial function for sorting out issues and questions.

Passing entries in Tally software and create PI's.

Filing of various documents in physical and digital form.

Assisting in preparing and reconciling statements pertaining to Debtors, Creditors and other ledgers from time to time Creation of MIS reports like billing reports, Outstanding reports, Collection reports, sales and inventory reports etc

Any other commercial task assigned from time to time

Preferred candidate profile

Education Qualification - B.com.





Candidate background & perks :- There will be retention one time bonus Rs.15000.00 though we may consider paying something based on his/her performance after completion 2 year.

The employment term will be for 2 years.

The position will be labelled 'Commercial Trainee'.

Pune based candidates will be preferred.

The candidate should be a fresher or can have upto 1 year of work experience.

Those appeared or appearing for final year Bcom exams can also be considered provided he/she is appearing externally.

He/she should possess positive communication skills both spoken and written. Smart, sincere and desirous of learning.
