SITE ENGINEER / SAFETY OFFICER

Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically oriented candidates for Site Engineer / Safety Officer positions. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting day-to-day site execution, supervision, coordination, and safety compliance at project locations.

Key Responsibilities

For Site Engineering:
Assist in day-to-day site execution and supervision.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Monitor work progress as per project requirements and timelines.
Read and understand basic technical/engineering drawings.
Assist in installation, inspection, measurement, and quality checks.
Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and project documentation.
Coordinate with the Project/Senior Engineer for smooth project execution.

For Safety:
Monitor safety practices and compliance at project sites.




Conduct routine site safety inspections.
Identify hazards and support risk-control measures.
Ensure proper use of PPE and secure working practices.
Assist in toolbox talks, safety documentation, and reporting.
Support implementation of company safety procedures and EHS requirements.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in relevant Engineering discipline.
Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience may apply.
Basic knowledge of site execution, safety, and technical drawings.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work at project/site locations.
Willingness to travel or relocate to Pune / Gujarat as per project requirements.

Note: Candidates must be comfortable with site-based work and the offered salary range of 18,000–20,000 per month.
