Position: Staff /Senior Staff Nurse ICU & CCU

Department: Nursing Services / Critical Care

Experience: 2+ Years (Critical Care / Cardiology)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ICU/CCU Staff Nurse with at least 3 years of clinical experience in critical care. In this role, you will deliver high-quality bedside care to complex, high-acuity patients, operate advanced life-support technology, and mentor junior nursing staff in a quick-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Direct Patient Care: Monitor critically ill cardiac and intensive care patients, including continuous hemodynamic tracing, invasive lines, and ventilator support.
Emergency & Cardiac Response: Interpret complex rhythms (VT, VF, AFib), administer emergency medications/inotropes, and manage post-PCI and post-CABG cardiac patients.
Advanced Equipment:



Operate mechanical ventilators, multipara monitors, defibrillators, and infusion pumps with full clinical autonomy.
Clinical Procedures: Assist physicians during bedside intubation, central line placement, and arterial line insertion.
Team Leadership: Act as Shift In-Charge/Team Lead when required; precept and guide junior nurses and nursing assistants.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: BSc Nursing / Post Basic BSc Nursing / GNM.
Licensure: Valid active registration with the Nursing Council.
Certifications: Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a tertiary care ICU/CCU.
