Job Description10-15 years experience advanced/experienced resource on SQL Server. Fundamentals should be clear with basic concepts, architecture of SQL Server.

- Robust with SQL Server Core/Engine – Concepts, Architecture, Performance, High Availability (Failover Cluster, Availability Group), Migration/Upgrade, Security, Maintenance, Well versed with evolution of SQL server & enhancements with each version of SQL server, Hands on & practical experiences.n
- Breadth skills on other components like Power BI & SSRS, SSIS, SSAS and Azure (Data services).n
- Exceptional Hands on & practical experiences working on Reactive scenarios. Troubleshooting skills on Performance, High Availability(Failover Cluster, Availability Group), Migration/Upgrade, SQL setup/patches, Security, Maintenance. Should be able to handle SQL Server Administration & Operational troubleshooting reactive scenarios as needed. On reactive scenarios should be able to drive clear action plans, follow up to closure.n
- Technical Leadership quality and escalation handling skills.n




- Should be able to converse with stakeholders/business/application owners.n
- Collaborating & Partnering with team members internally & externally.n
- Ready to deliver as soon as possible. Should not be dependent on ramp up/training to start delivering on SQL related work.n
- Depending on the client should be ready to work in shifts( No Night shifts). But will be expected to be available in the allocated 8 hours slot during the weekdays. Weekends are exceptional (Depending on the Client requirements rarely we might need to stretch work on weekends).n
- Physical presence/Onsite as needed and as per requirements/deliveries.n
- Timings/Punctuality need to be maintained while handling customers/clients.n
- Commitment to ramp up and work on suggested accreditations/certifications.n
