Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced B2B Business Development professional with strong exposure to industrial manufacturing, engineering products/services and international business development.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent customers and markets, developing relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, procurement teams and industrial buyers, generating RFQs and converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new domestic and international B2B customers and markets.
- Identify and target OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, industrial manufacturers and engineering companies.
- Build relationships with Procurement, Purchase, Sourcing, Engineering, Production and Plant Heads.
- Generate recent business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry databases, references, exhibitions and networking.
- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified RFQs and business opportunities.




- Coordinate with the technical/production team for quotations and proposals.
- Follow up, negotiate and convert quotations into orders.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Explore export opportunities, overseas markets, distributors/agents and international clients.
- Handle international business development activities including commercial negotiations, customer communication, quotations and coordination for export enquiries.
- Maintain the sales pipeline from Lead → RFQ → Quotation → Negotiation → Order → Repeat Business.
- Conduct customer meetings and travel domestically/internationally as required.
