Role & responsibilities
Design and develop embedded firmware for Motor Control, BMS, and Charger applications.
Implement motor control algorithms for AC, PMSM, and BLDC motors.
Develop real-time embedded software using C/C++.
Design, debug, validate, and optimize firmware on 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit microcontrollers.
Work with ARM-based embedded platforms and RTOS settings.
Develop firmware using peripherals such as ADC, UART, GPIO, Timers, DMA, and Watchdog.
Design and implement multithreaded embedded applications using RTOS.
Collaborate closely with Hardware, Validation, System, and Product Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile

Solid experience in Embedded C/C++ Programming.
Hands-on experience in Motor Control Systems, BMS, and Charger Systems.
Expertise in BLDC, PMSM, and AC Motor Control.
Experience with microcontrollers from STM32, NXP, Infineon, Renesas, TI, Microchip, or equivalent.
Solid knowledge of embedded peripherals and device drivers.
Experience with RTOS-based application development.
Understanding of firmware debugging, optimization, and validation techniques.
