Designation / Position Pre-Sales - Defence Business Development
We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 9 years of experience in the field of Defence Procurement, RFP/RFI, Pre-Sales, Business Development, Proposal Management, Contract Management, OEM Partnerships, Negotiation, Stakeholder Management, Engineering Products, and Market Research.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth in the defence sector.
Manage and coordinate pre-sales activities, including proposal management and contract negotiations.
Build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver engineering products that meet customer needs.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business development decisions.

Job Requirements




Strong understanding of defence procurement processes, including RFP/RFI and pre-sales activities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders.
Proven track record of successful business development, including driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Experience working with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
