Handle customer inquiries received through phone, email, website, and other channels.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and follow-up activities.
Follow up with customers for quotations, purchase orders, payment status, and delivery schedules.
Process customer purchase orders and coordinate with production, stores, purchase, dispatch, and accounts for timely execution.
Maintain accurate records of customers, quotations, orders, and sales activities in ERP/CRM.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, sales reports, and order status reports.
Coordinate product demonstrations, virtual meetings, and customer visits.
Ensure timely documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, dispatch details, and customer correspondence.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual business targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing B2B customers.




Coordinate with the service team for installation schedules and after-sales support.
Maintain proper documentation for tenders, government inquiries, and large corporate projects.
Assist in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing activities whenever required.
Perform other sales support activities assigned by management.
Manage the Sales Head's calendar, meetings, and travel.
Follow up with the sales team on quotations, orders, and pending actions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and service teams.
Track CRM updates, leads, and sales pipeline.
Follow up with customers for documents, POs, and payment status.
