Roles and Responsibilities :
Design and develop scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
Implement and integrate multiple systems through APIs or other means.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end campaign projects.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Participate in architecture discussions to improve system efficiency.

Job Requirements :
Robust understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features like Journey Builder, Personalization, and Segmentation.
Experience in B2B implementations and knowledge of Email Studio and AMPscript.
Hands-on experience with SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and Marketing Cloud Connect.
Ability to work in an enterprise setting and support end-to-end campaign delivery.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
