Key Responsibilities
Acquire Gold Loan customers through branch customer referrals, cross-selling, and open market sourcing.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets for assigned branches.
Generate quality leads and drive loan disbursements through field activities and customer engagement.
Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and customer acquisition.
Ensure effective visibility and promotion of Gold Loan products within branch premises.
Build robust relationships with branch staff, existing customers, and local business communities.
Conduct regular training sessions for branch teams on Gold Loan products, processes, and sales techniques.
Support branches in end-to-end Gold Loan operations, including documentation and auction-related activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and operational support.
Monitor delinquent accounts and follow up with customers to ensure timely repayments.
Maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines.
Stay updated on local market trends, competition, and customer requirements to drive business growth.
