About the Role

As a Business Executive – Monetization, you will be responsible for generating revenue by onboarding brands and executing advertising campaigns across residential societies.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new brands for advertising campaigns.
Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
Understand client requirements and plan campaigns accordingly.
Manage end-to-end execution of on-ground activities such as gate banners, lift branding, standees, floor mats, and sampling.
Coordinate with vendors, promoters, and society management for smooth execution.




Take permissions from society management and maintain good relationships with society committees.
Conduct regular society visits to identify current business opportunities.
Ensure client satisfaction and generate repeat business.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Advertising, BTL, or Activations.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Solid coordination and execution abilities.
Target-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
Willingness to travel and conduct regular society visits.
Experience in society marketing/advertising is an added advantage.
