The firm provides unbiased, personalized investment management solutions to HNI clients in India and abroad.

About the Role

This is a client-facing business development role where you'll work directly with the founders as part of the core team, acquiring and converting HNI/UHNI clients into Truemind's advisory relationships. This is a pure business development and relationship role — there are no product-selling targets; success is measured entirely by advisory fees generated from client acquisition.

What You Will Do
Acquire HNI/UHNI clients for investment planning, goal-based financial planning and asset allocation strategies
Prepare reports and presentations for investor awareness and client engagement




Educate potential clients on Truemind's services through offline and online meetings
Drive recent client conversions using your own existing network as well as current prospecting

What We're Looking For
3–15 years of experience in Sales, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or a premium/luxury client-facing business (e.g. real estate, luxury automobiles)
A genuine, personal HNI/UHNI client database/network you actively own and can bring to this role — not just clients previously serviced on behalf of a bank or employer
Direct, personal experience owning and converting HNI/UHNI client relationships (not B2B, institutional, channel, or distributor-only experience)
MBA or Graduate in any discipline; Finance, Marketing or Sales background preferred
Solid written and spoken English communication, presentable and analytical, with an ownership mindset
Must reside in Delhi NCR
Comfortable with a Monday–Friday full-day office schedule (9:30 AM–6:30 PM) plus Saturday half-day WFH
