Handle and manage the Direct Channel business for the branch.
Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
Drive customer acquisition, sales and revenue through the direct channel.
Develop the local market and ensure solid customer relationships.
Monitor team performance, productivity and conversion.
Preferred candidates from Direct Sales / Banca Channel.
