Manager - Existing Installation (Commercial)

Your main responsibilities
Conduct detailed assessments of existing elevator, escalator, and moving walk
installations to identify modernization opportunities and develop tailored upgrade
proposals.
Collaborate closely with engineering and technical service teams to design and
deliver high-quality, customized solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients
across various building types.
Monitor and achieve sales targets by leveraging in-depth knowledge of market trends
and competitive landscape, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Establish and maintain robust relationships with key personas including customers,
engineering teams, technical service teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies to
ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage
with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and collaboration for successful
project outcomes.

Diploma / B.E

Qualified Experience :
Exposure to the Service Business
Managed "Service" Sales for a systems-driven company for at least 2 years.
