Ensure quality of raw materials, packaging & finished products.
Monitor quality, yield and waste throughout production.
Conduct product testing for Fat, SNF, pH, acidity, overrun, temperature, taste & texture.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, GHP, HACCP & SOPs.
Monitor hygiene, sanitation, CIP and cold-chain conditions.
Identify deviations and implement CAPA & corrective actions.
Maintain quality records, sampling, batch traceability & reports.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Maintenance & R&D; to resolve quality issues.
Support audits, inspections and customer complaint investigations.
