About the Role

Lions Workforce Solution is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with strong experience in B2B and corporate sales.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with HR Managers, Department Managers, Business Heads, and CEOs and have the ability to build robust relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop recent B2B and corporate clients.

Build and maintain relationships with HR Managers, Managers, Business Heads, and CEOs.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable recruitment/manpower solutions.

Generate leads and convert them into business prospects.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.





Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.

Maintain strong and long-term relationships with corporate clients.

Achieve business development and sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.

Maintain regular updates and reports of sales activities.

Candidate Requirements

Relevant experience in B2B / Corporate Sales is mandatory.

Excellent and fluent English communication skills.

Experience in dealing directly with HR Managers, Managers, Business Heads, and CEOs.

Strong client handling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Good understanding of the corporate sales cycle.

Confident in making calls, conducting meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Target-oriented and capable of generating and converting business leads.

Candidates from Noida are preferred.

Candidate must be willing to work from Noida.
