Design, architect, and implement ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions that align with organizational objectives, governance frameworks, and enterprise project management best practices.
Gather business requirements from stakeholders, analyze existing project management processes, and develop scalable ServiceNow SPM architectures that improve operational efficiency and portfolio visibility.
Lead solution design for demand management, project portfolio management, resource management, investment planning, financial tracking, and strategic roadmap capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, architects, project managers, and integration teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow implementations while ensuring adherence to technical standards.
Develop technical architecture documentation, solution blueprints, implementation roadmaps, governance models,



and integration strategies that support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
Provide technical leadership during system configuration, customization, integrations, testing, deployment, upgrades, and post-implementation support while resolving complex technical challenges.
Monitor platform performance, security, scalability, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices while identifying prospects for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Mentor technical teams, conduct architecture reviews, support client workshops, and provide strategic recommendations that maximize the value of ServiceNow SPM solutions across the organization.
