Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across PAN India locations.
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring for corporate, operational, and leadership positions.
Conduct employee induction, onboarding, and orientation programs for recent joiners.
Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Maintain positive employee relations and act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution in line with company policies.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, recruitment trackers, and employee records.
Coordinate with business heads and hiring managers to meet manpower requirements within timelines.
