Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project sales operations for assigned real estate projects.
Develop, expand, and manage a robust channel partner / broker network.
Drive sales closures and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor and drive collections and payment follow-ups in coordination with internal teams.
Develop effective local market penetration strategies to increase project visibility and sales.
Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key channel partners.
Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Track team productivity, performance, conversion ratios, and sales pipeline.
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify prospects and challenges.
Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Project teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
Ensure a robust customer experience throughout the sales process.
