Role & responsibilities

Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients following established protocols and procedures.

• Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care needs.

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor and document patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress, ensuring accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Support medical teams during emergency situations, providing immediate and effective emergency care when necessary.

• Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.

• Collaborate with physicians, allied health specialists, and other nurses to deliver high-quality patient care.

• Maintain a clean, protected, and organized nursing environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.

• Participate in continuous career development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

• Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards in all nursing practices.
