Job Summary

Business Development Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing recent sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role will strictly be an onsite role. Mumbai.

Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out recent sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Demonstrate the ERPNext solution to the client
Create Proof of Concepts based on client requirement and data




Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Engaging with existing customers for cross-selling up-selling of products and services
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements
Graduation or post-graduation
Proven experience as a Sales Executive
Proficiency with ERPNext software and SaaS Industry is a plus
Exposure to the manufacturing sector is mandatory
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Good Communication, Presentation Interpersonal Skills
