Position: SAP FICO Lead Consultant
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage SAP FICO implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
Handle a team of SAP FICO consultants and provide technical/functional guidance.
Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications (BRD/FS).
Configure and support FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO modules (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing).
Coordinate with business stakeholders, cross-functional SAP teams, and project managers.
Manage issue resolution, change requests, testing, and deployment activities.
Ensure project delivery within timelines and quality standards.
Mentor junior consultants and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills
8+ years of SAP FICO experience with implementation and support projects.
Solid expertise in FI and CO modules.
Hands-on experience in GST, taxation, and financial business processes.
Experience in S/4HANA is preferred.
Solid stakeholder management and team-handling experience.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
