Role & responsibilities
Lead execution of commercial high-rise/tower projects from structure to handover.
Manage RCC, finishing, MEP coordination, and overall site execution activities.
Drive construction schedules, contractor performance, quality, and productivity.
Conduct regular project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Faade execution including curtain wall systems, unitized glazing, ACP, and external faade works.
Coordinate with faade consultants, architects, structural teams, and faade contractors for design, shop drawings, approvals, and execution planning.
Monitor faade installation progress, quality standards, safety compliance, mock-ups, and waterproofing requirements.
