Job Overview: We are looking for a energetic, target-driven Automobile Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and customer engagement. This role involves a balanced mix of showroom sales and field sales, offering excellent earning potential through incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
Explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
Conduct field visits for customer meetings and business development




Build strong and long-term customer relationships
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery & documentation
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects

Requirements
1 3 years of experience in automobile sales (mandatory)
Strong communication & convincing skills
Comfortable with both field sales and showroom sales
Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid Driving License
Positive negotiation and customer handling skills
Immediate joiners will be given preference

Role Structure:
50% Showroom / In-store Sales
50% Field Sales / Customer Visits
