Role & responsibilities
Drive Personal Loan sales and business growth through the DSA channel.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and recent DSA partners.
Identify and onboard recent DSA/channel partners to generate business.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to disbursement.
Regularly coordinate with DSA partners to ensure smooth business flow.
Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company policies and processes.
Conduct market visits and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates currently working in Personal Loan sales through the DSA channel with good knowledge of the Jaipur market will be preferred.
