Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Presales Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Monitor team performance on calls, lead qualification, follow-ups, site visits, and lead conversions.
Ensure effective handling and timely follow-up of inbound and outbound leads through CRM.
Guide team members on project knowledge, calling techniques, customer handling, objection handling, and lead conversion.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to improve individual and team productivity.
Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and maximize site visit and booking conversions.
Track key presales metrics such as calls, connect ratio, qualified leads, site visits, and conversion rates.
Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to achieve team targets.





Job Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in Real Estate Presales / Telecalling / Inside Sales.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience handling or leading a Presales/Telecalling team.
Proven track record of achieving team targets in the real estate industry.
Solid knowledge of lead management, customer follow-up, lead qualification, and conversion processes.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and presales KPIs.
Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and team-handling skills.
Target-oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Valuable understanding of the local real estate market and customer buying behaviour.
Real Estate Presales experience is mandatory.
