SALES AND PRODUCT MANAGER — HEALTHCARE SOFTWARE (ARICU)

Location: Hyderabad / Telangana (field role)

Salary: ₹15,000 fixed + incentives (₹24,000–30,000+ for robust performers)

ABOUT US

ARICU is an ICU clinical decision-support software used by hospitals, built by a practising intensivist. We are expanding across Telangana. This is a two-in-one role: you bring hospitals on board, and you keep them running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO — SALES
Visit private hospitals, nursing homes and clinics to introduce ARICU
Book and coordinate product demos (the clinical demo is delivered by our founder — you are not expected to answer medical questions)
Follow up on warm leads and enquiries we provide

WHAT YOU'LL DO — PRODUCT SUPPORT
Onboard each new hospital: set up their account, add their staff, get them started
Train doctors and nurses on how to use the app (easy, hands-on)
Handle day-to-day questions, mostly on WhatsApp, and keep hospitals happy and active
Pass anything technical (bugs, errors)

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1+ year in field sales — ideally medical representative (MR), medical device sales, or diagnostic/lab sales
Existing relationships with doctors or hospitals in Telangana is a big plus
Comfortable using smartphone apps and confident teaching non-technical staff
Patient, reliable, good with people — this role is as much about keeping customers as winning them
Own two-wheeler and smartphone · Telugu + Hindi/English

WHAT WE OFFER
₹15,000 fixed monthly salary
Bonus of ₹1,500–₹5,000 for every hospital you bring live on a paid plan

Milestone bonuses as you grow: ₹4,000 at 10 hospitals · ₹6,000 at 20 · ₹8,000 at 30 · ₹10,000 at 40
