Benchmark contractor rates against contractual provisions, internal cost estimations, and prevailing market rates.
Identify cost optimisation prospects through material efficiency, wastage reduction, and construction methodology improvements.
Ensure compliance with in-house technical standards, project specifications, and approved certification processes.
Support project audits through risk assessment, data analytics, and identification of control gaps.
Contribute to audit automation and digital solutions for work certification and project cost monitoring.
