- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions, providing guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation and post-implementation phases.n
- Translates and details business requirements into End-2-End solution concepts for global B2B CRM digital products; ensuring they are delivered on time, within scopen
- Responsible for the Operation of the cloud for customer solutionn
- Performing the necessary tasks to keep a stable workplacen
- To work with the solution Architecture team for Development,



Testing and Documentation of nes solutions on C4C as needed by our Business Process.n
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients, addressing any issues or challenges that arise with their SAP C4C implementation.n
- Stay current with SAP C4C updates and advancements and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client solutions.n
