Role & responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum and learning objectives.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, classroom activities, assignments, and assessments to support effective learning.
Assess students academic progress, maintain attendance and performance records, and provide constructive feedback.
Identify students requiring additional support and develop suitable individualized learning strategies.
Maintain a positive, disciplined classroom setting, address behavioral concerns, and resolve classroom conflicts effectively.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administrators to support students overall academic and personal development.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in English Language, English Literature, Education,



or a related field; Master’s degree will be an advantage.
Proven experience as an English Teacher, with a robust understanding of English language teaching methodologies and curriculum requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students effectively.
Robust classroom management, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Patient, adaptable, resilient, and passionate about teaching, with a student-centric approach to learning and development.
Female candidates below 45 years of age with relevant teaching experience will be preferred.
